Available Shipping Methods
Courier Service
- Price for purchases up to 119 € excl. VAT: ??? € excl. VAT
- Price for purchases over 120 € excl. VAT: Free
For delivery of the order by the 2nd business day after dispatch to your designated delivery location. The specific carrier is selected by our e-shop, primarily considering the weight and dimensions of the shipment or the carrier's current capacity. Most common carriers include PPL, DPD, or GLS.
On the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with the tracking number, which can be used to track the shipment's progress, as well as information on how to change the delivery date or location if needed.
On the delivery day, you will be informed via SMS about the estimated delivery time. Shipments are delivered on business days. If the courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt to deliver the shipment the next business day or agree with you on an alternative delivery method. If you cannot be reached repeatedly, the carrier will return the shipment to our address or store it at a pickup point in your area.
Shipping prices apply to delivery within the Czech Republic and include any costs for product packaging. (The e-shop for Slovakia and other locations is currently under development.)
Accepted Payment Methods
Invoice with Due Date
You pay within a maturity period as per individual agreement based on the invoice issued and sent by us. We pack and dispatch the shipment without waiting for payment.
This payment option is provided to regular wholesale customers from their 3rd order with a minimum value of 650 € excl. VAT, provided that previous orders were paid without issues.
Payment Gateway – Credit Card and Online Banking
You pay using the payment gateway, to which you will be redirected immediately after completing the order. We pack and dispatch the shipment once the successful payment is confirmed. You will be informed of the completed payment via e-mail.
Money transfers are carried out through the account of ComGate, a. s. Credit card data or login details for payment applications entered in the payment gateway are encrypted and do not enter third-party environments. Payment processors see only transaction information provided by the bank with the sent transaction.
