We would like to inform you that as part of the upcoming merger, we will merge with BONECO CR, s.r.o., which will be transferred to our company CM Trade Via s.r.o. from 1 January 2024.
Since 1993 BONECO CR has been the exclusive distributor of air purifiers and humidifiers of the Swiss brand Boneco for the Czech and Slovak markets. It has gradually expanded its portfolio to include other renowned brands Rossmax, Intec and Pelo, which focus on the production of medical equipment. Another important segment is health and wellness products from the Belgian brand Lanaform.
This merger represents a strategic step towards strengthening our position on the Czech and Slovak markets. By expanding our portfolio with the exclusive distribution of Rossmax, Boneco, Lanaform, Intec and Pelo, we can provide our business partners and customers with an even more comprehensive range of quality and functional health care products.
